Custom orders are tailored specifically to meet individual preferences and specifications. As such, we do not accept returns on these items. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the customization process and to ensure that each product is uniquely crafted for the customer’s needs.

In the event that a custom order is received with defects, we are committed to rectifying the situation. Defective items will be replaced with a like order at no additional cost to the customer. It is essential for us to uphold the quality standards that our customers expect, and we take any defects seriously.

To initiate a replacement for a defective custom order, customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the defect within 14 days of receiving the product. This evidence will assist in the assessment of the issue and expedite the replacement process.
